In response to the positive feedback the directors’ team receives each term concerning the “Plus/Delta” exercise conducted during Leadership and Support Team training, BNI Leadership Team Forums have been created to continue that valuable process. At a BNI Leadership Team Forum, chapter leadership teams come together to share information, discuss challenges within their chapters and identify “top 5” professions they would like to have in their chapter. It is asked that minimally one member from each leadership team be in attendance at one of these meetings, however, all members are strongly encouraged to attend.
